While the rest of our Website focuses on office buildings, we realize that temerature control for Customers in Stores & Restaurants is just as important.

Whether a large department store or a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant, your success is predicated upon taking care of your Customers so that they stay with you longer, come back more frequently, and ultimately purchase more from you.

Is there something simple that drives Customers away from you and hinders them from coming back? If a Customer is not comfortable in your store, he/she will not ba happy, and will not want to get away from you even if you offer great service in everything you can control.

Now you can control the customer's temperature comfort. Eliminate:

  • Areas near the kitchen being too warm
  • Areas near large windows being too warm or too cold
  • Large drafty shopping areas, that can never get comfortable
  • Customer show rooms, presentation rooms, or negotiation rooms (do you sell cars, kitchen cabinets, or any expensive item that often take a while for a customers to say "Yes" to purchase? Would keeping them in your store and talking to your salespeople be best for both your Customer and you?

Because Customers directly support your business, Customers need comfort. Yet Customer-facing rooms often vary more than regular rooms vary (e.g., a row of otherwise identical offices).

We can help insure that all customer areas are the same temperature. Or, if you want, some areas can be different (e.g., changing rooms to try on new clothing can be warmer). Customers may appreciate the extra care of your personal touch.

Most stores, restaurants and other commercial areas have relatively few air registers relative to the amount of Sales they generate. Since each register costs less than 50 cents / day, there may not be a valid reason to let anything distract from your Customer experience.

Please contact us to see what we can do together.

Thank you.
