with just a few rooms, expand if we exceed expectations
- No fees ever for: Hardware, Activation, Maintenance,
Monitoring, Humidity / Fresh Air Control
- Month-to-month: cancel at any time*
- Installation:
- Pay your current HVAC installer or an Ols Controls Dealer
- Pay nothing: we install for add'l $5/mo fee for one year, or Do-It-Yourself
installation
Who Buys?
Corporate Facility groups generally purchase our Solution because:
- Facilities receives Cost Savings
and Monitoring & Control
benefits
- Facilities is usually responsible for heating/cooling systems
If Facilities
cannot afford the monthly charge, your Group Manager might assist:
- Groups receive Productivity
benefits
- Groups may better understand your Group's office temperature problems
and comfort desires
- Groups usually have budget (even extra from Headcount, Travel, Meals,
Moral, Equipment, etc.)
If not, Executive Management might buy:
- the Company will receive all benefits, and Exec Mgmt has available budget
- the Company may want to provide Ols Controls to many Company groups,
not only yours
If not, you & your co-workers might buy to receive
the Comfort and Environmental
benefits. If you can get approval of your Company or your Landlord, we
can probably find a way to make this work.
