Which to resolve in which ways before we slurry seal ... and any we missed?

Somewhat sunken. Should we build it up with asphalt overlay? Build up just the section nearer the camera, or both areas, or neither? Any history here? WORSE, we have a major erosion problem where water drains into chasm, eroding away our roadbed (small channel on right). Restore destroyed curb so water doesn't leave road destroying land (illegal erosion per county laws, and damaging Ols property), and occasionally mud-flooding Spring Rd which they had to clear with Bobcat yrs ago. Seems cars cut the corner driving over this dirt area when passing Tree root hump sends ~all the water over the middle of the roadway, onto the other side Build a curb 33 and/or build up 34 with asphalt overlay so water stays on inside of road (esp when 15208 driveway culvert plugs) ... and/or remove concrete/stone at base of 15208 driveway so water flows over driveway when driveway culvert fails Overlay asphalt to existing asphalt roadbed to widen this hourglass chokepoint 35, OR widen it further to 36 or beyond? Cars cut the corner driving over this dirt area when passing, using Manfredi driveway as a turnout? Just the near failure, or fix both near & far failures... using woods boards all the ways along as a straight-edge to look professional? Build up downstream curb more (we had a pile of dift there)? Restore/overlay/install asphalt making this more safe/usable/attractive ... will we be OK with water running down it? Not large tree root bumps, but at the very top of our road, and they shall crack new slurry seal soon.
